In the context of the initiatives of valorization of the collections and stories of the Politecnico di Milano, narrated in the exhibition space MADE IN POLIMI, Libraries System & Archives, Campus Life Division are delighted to invite you to “Milano 1920 – 1970. Grafting: Modern Architecture in the Inner City”, a walk through the streets of Milan, guided by internationally renowned Professor and Architect Cino Zucchi. The visit will reveal buildings and places designed in the Twentieth century by alumni and professors of the Politecnico di Milano – such as the firm BBPR, Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Luigi Figini and Gino Pollini, Vico Magistretti, Giovanni Muzio and Piero Portaluppi, and will also touch upon selected fundamental architectures of the historical landscape of Milan.

The event will be held in English and is reserved to students of the Politecnico di Milano.


Please be aware that the guided visit will take place entirely on foot and may present architectural barriers.
