The Politecnico di Milano offers its students the option of booking full-rate accommodation in single or double rooms<\/strong> (as detailed in the table below) in its Halls of Residence in Milan, Lecco, Como and Cremona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening dates of the online booking procedures will be published by mid-June on the Residences website home-page.<\/p>\n\n

It is possible to make an annual or semester-based reservation<\/strong> (first or second semester). Reservations for shorter periods are not available. The fee is calculated from the beginning of the semester\/year until its end, regardless of the date of entry.<\/p>\n\n

The month of August is excluded from both types of reservations.<\/p>\n\n

The available booking periods are the following:<\/p>\n\n

Annual booking:<\/strong> from 25 August 2026<\/strong> to 30 July 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

First semester booking:<\/strong> from 25 August 2026<\/strong> to 12 February 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Second semester booking:<\/strong> from 15 February 2027<\/strong> to 30 July 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

The following categories of students are eligible to book accommodation:<\/p>\n\n

 \u2013 Students who are enrolled or intend to enroll in a degree program at Politecnico di Milano;<\/p>\n\n

 \u2013 International students participating in mobility programs at Politecnico di Milano.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The following students may book accommodation: <\/p>\n\n

 \u2013 Students who are enrolled or intend to enroll in a degree program at Politecnico di Milano;<\/p>\n\n

 \u2013 International students participating in mobility programs at Politecnico di Milano.<\/p>\n\n

The requirements for being able to live in a hall of residence are:<\/p>\n\n

   \u2013 being at least 18 years of age as of the date of check-in; otherwise, the student must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must check in together with the student and must sign the check-in report of the accommodation. The student must also show the consent form for minors signed by the parents and the photocopies of the identity documents;<\/p>\n\n

   \u2013 not having any outstanding financial debt towards Politecnico di Milano.<\/p>\n\n

   \u2013 not over 40 years of age at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n

N.B<\/strong>:<\/strong> By reserving accommodation in a residence at the Politecnico di Milano, you accept, in acknowledgment, the Regulations, the Charter of Services and the Guide to Reservation of the University Residences that are currently in force.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Starting from the booking opening date, full-rate accommodation<\/strong> may be booked, subject to availability, through the procedures automatically managed by the online booking system, as described in the Guide to full rate booking<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

IMPORTANT<\/strong> \u2013 If you are a student who is not yet enrolled at Politecnico di Milano or is awaiting a visa, you may still book accommodation, but in the event of non-enrolment at Politecnico di Milano or failure to obtain a visa<\/strong>, the amount paid for the accommodation booking will not be refunded<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The amounts indicated in the pricing list are per person<\/strong> and include, in addition to the allocation of accommodation, utilities, use of shared kitchens, and all services provided by the booked residence<\/strong>, as described in the Charter of Services<\/em>, available in the information sheets of each Hall of Residence.<\/p>\n\n

Each guest is required to pay the Politecnico di Milano a non\u2011interest\u2011bearing security deposit of \u20ac500<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

During the booking procedure, one of the following payment methods must be selected:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Single payment<\/strong>: payment of the entire amount due (this option includes a discount), together with the security deposit (if not previously paid);<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Bi\u2011monthly installments<\/strong>: payment, at the time of booking, of the first of five installments for an annual booking<\/strong> or the first of three installments for a semester-based booking<\/strong>, in addition to the security deposit (if not previously paid);.<\/p>\n\n

For both methods, payments must be made by the indicated deadlines<\/strong>, exclusively through the PagoPA platform<\/strong>, following the instructions provided at the dedicated link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

The booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the first payment<\/strong> made by the student. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of selecting the accommodation<\/strong>; otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. We will send you a final confirmation of your reservation within the next 48 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The payment of subsequent installments is required according to the following deadlines:<\/p>\n\n

Installment Deadlines for Annual Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1st<\/sup> installment: paid at the time of booking<\/p>\n\n

2nd<\/sup> installment: issued on 1st October 2026 andmust be paid by 15\/10\/2026<\/p>\n\n

3rd<\/sup> installment: issued on 1st<\/sup> December 2026 and must be paid by 15\/12\/2026<\/p>\n\n

4th<\/sup> installment: issued on 1st<\/sup> February 2027 and must be paid by 15\/02\/2027<\/p>\n\n

5th<\/sup> installment: due on 1st<\/sup> April 2027 and must be paid by 15\/04\/2027<\/p>\n\n

Installment Deadlines for First-Semester Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1st<\/sup> installment: paid at the time of booking<\/p>\n\n

2nd<\/sup> installment: due on 1st<\/sup> October 2026 and must be paid by 15\/10\/2026<\/p>\n\n

3rd<\/sup> installment: due on 1st<\/sup> December 2026 and must be paid by 15\/12\/2026<\/p>\n\n

Installment Deadlines for Second-Semester Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1st<\/sup> installment: paid at the time of booking<\/p>\n\n

2nd<\/sup> installment: due on 1st<\/sup> April 2027 and must be paid by 15\/04\/2027<\/p>\n\n

3rd<\/sup> installment: due on 1st<\/sup> June 2027 and must be paid by 15\/06\/2027<\/p>\n\n

Failure to pay an installment by the specified deadline will result in a late payment penalty of 10%<\/strong> on the amount due. Continued non-payment, including both the installment and the penalty, will lead to the initiation of debt recovery procedures<\/strong>, which may result in the suspension of the student\u2019s academic career<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
