before<\/strong> the arrival date.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>DSU Students<\/strong><\/h2><p>DSU students must communicate their check-in date during the acceptance phase through the <a href=\"https:\/\/polimi-sol.dirittoallostudio.it\/apps\/V3.1\/sol\/public\/\">portal<\/a>:<br \/><em>Alloggio &gt; Studenti BENEFICIARI DEL DIRITTO ALLO STUDIO \u2013 Accettazione alloggio \u2013 by writing to the Director of the Residence at least <strong>7 days in advance respect the start date of the class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Reservation<\/strong><\/h2><p>For all students and in the <strong>academic year 2026\/27<\/strong>, the tenancy period at the university Halls of Residence ends on <strong>July 30, 2027<\/strong>, by which date check-out must be completed and the residence vacated.<\/p><p>Visiting guests may leave the residence by <strong>August 1, 2027 at 10:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Students\/PhD must book their check-out date by scheduling an appointment through the portal (<em>section \u2013 Departure Date (Check-out)<\/em>) or by contacting the Direction of the Residence at least <strong>7 days before<\/strong> departure.<\/p><p>Visiting guests must book their check-out by contacting the Direction of the Residence at least <strong>7 days before departure<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Hours<\/strong><\/h2><p>Check-out are available from <strong>Monday to Friday<\/strong> (excluding holidays) by <strong>10:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> <\/span>If the guest is not present at the scheduled check-out time for inspection, the staff will proceed in their absence. Any damages or anomalies found will be charged to the guest, including extraordinary cleaning costs if necessary.<br \/>Politecnico di Milano and the Direction of the Residence decline all responsibility for damage or loss of personal belongings.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>What to do<\/strong><\/h2><p>Guests must completely vacate the accommodation and remove all personal belongings (it is not expected any return for objects left in the residence).
