More than just housing

Living in a university residence is more than just a housing solution; it’s also an opportunity for socializing, cultural exchange, learning, and growth, both personally and professionally. We offer you the opportunity to fully enjoy your student experience by staying in one of our residences: you can choose between Milan, Lecco, Como, and Cremona.

In Milan, the residences are located within the urban fabric: the campuses are easily accessible thanks to the efficient public transportation network or, in some cases, even on foot. The Adolf Loos and Ada Byron residences are located within the Lecco and Cremona campuses, while the presentation is just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Como, the train station, and the lake.

Each residence also differs in its characteristics and accommodation types, and some also offer a hotel guesthouse for short stays.

We host students, PhD students, and faculty/researchers in the Politecnico di Milano residences: an opportunity to share spaces and experiences with part of the university population.
