Cooking lessons organized by the Housing & Dining Unit are back: improve your culinary skills with us! Join the cooking class taught by chef Denis Abazaj from Pellegrini and don’t make dinner appointments, because at the end of the class you can eat what you have prepared together with the other participants.
Menu:
– contemporary octopus with potatoes
– fresh pasta with squid ink and shrimp tartare, lime and burrata
– salmon with cocoa, pistachios and braised belgian endive
– panettone and pandoro with mascarpone and chocolate cream
