Rates

The rates detailed below are in reference to the housing places reserved for students who are enrolled or intend to enrol in the Politecnico di Milano, as well as students participating in exchange programmes. They apply for the academic year 2022-2023.

The prices vary according to location of the hall of residence, type of room and period of stay selected.

Guests who choose to pay the entire sum up front are entitled to a discount on the total amount.

these rates are per student;
for shared bathroom" in the "double room" typology it must be intended the sharing of the toilet between the guests of the room or the sharing of the toilet with the guest/guests of another single or double room;
for the “single rooms”, “shared bathroom” refers to bathroom facilities shared by all students within the apartment (in apartments of 4 to 6 bedrooms,
there are 2 shared bathrooms);
for the “single rooms”, “shared bathroom” refers to bathroom facilities shared with another single or double room;
in addition to the cost of the accommodation, a €500 damage deposit is also required; this will be returned at the end of the student’s stay in the accommodation;
the rates specified here are based on payment by instalments: 5 instalments for annual bookings, 3 instalments for termly bookings for the
A.Y. 2022-2023;
no full-rate housing places are available in the “Einstein” and "Galileo Galilei" Halls of Residence.

The price of accommodation includes the following services:

24-hour reception;
provision of bed linens and towels changed fortnightly or linen kit for sale (more details in the Hall of residence section);
fortnightly room cleaning;
daily cleaning of common areas;
broadband Internet connection;
supply of water, electricity, heating and air conditioning;
the use of the following facilities: pay-as-you-go laundry room and ironing room, TV and reading room, gym, study room and shared kitchens.
