After the Christmas version, the Easter-themed cooking lessons organized by the Housing & Dining Unit are coming: take part in the show cooking: Easter edition!


Improve your culinary skills with us! Join the cooking class taught by chef Denis Abazaj from Pellegrini, who will teach you how to prepare the following dishes:

  • Revisited Easter cake
  • Dumplings made of crepes with artichokes, turmeric, fennel and green apple
  • Rack of lamb tempered with mustard and aromatic bread with thyme reduction
  • Easter dove with chocolate and chilli pepper


With Chef Abazaj’s recipes, this year’s Easter lunch will be a guaranteed success!


The “show cooking Easter edition” class is unique, but it will be held on two occasions: Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th March, from 6 pm to 8 pm, in the kitchen of the canteen of Via La Masa, 34 (Campus Bovisa, building B24).Choose the day you prefer and don’t make dinner appointments, because at the end of the class you can eat what you have prepared together with the other participants.

Once registered, wait for our registration confirmation email (it will take a few days). Once enrollment has been confirmed, you will have to pay the participation fee at the canteen of Via La Masa, 34 (Campus Bovisa, building B24), or at the canteen of Via Golgi, 20 (Campus Leonardo, building 26). The registration fee is 15 euro, and must be paid by Monday 27th March.
