You’ll learn how to prepare Italian Easter recipes:


  • poached egg cooked at a low temperature on a kataifi pastry nest with a baby spinach “vellutata” soup
  • tempered lamb loin, grain mustard, lemon thyme panko and dark chocolate “demi-glace” sauce
  • “semifreddo” parfait with “colomba” Easter bread and almond cream


At the end of the class, you will enjoy what you prepared together with the other participants.

The class will take place on Thursday 21 March from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., as always at Mensa Campus Bovisa, building B24 (via La Masa, 34).
