Offers: accommodations for short, mid, long term stay in dedicated buildings.
Facilitation:
– short term reservations (from 01/09/2024 to 31/07/2025) @ CAMPLUS TURRO: (till 7 consecutive nights and except for lower public rates used in sostitution), double room for single use 65€/night and double room 75€/night for 2 persons. Breakfast, cleaning and reception H24 included. These promo rates are not valid in the period April 8th-13th 2025 (Salone del Mobile).
– short term reservations (from 01/09/2024 to 31/7/2025) @ CAMPLUS LAMBRATE: (till 7 consecutive nights and except for lower public rates used in sostitution) single room standard 55€/night, single room comfort (French bed) 65€/night. Cleaning and reception H24 included. These promo rates are not valid in the period April 8th-13th 2025 (Salone del Mobile).
Moreover, BOARDING SCHOOLS (Camplus Lambrate): beyond the scholarships provided by the call Camplus, 5 scholarships up to 1000€ for the international students enrolled at Politecnico di Milano, for applications arrived within Sept. 5th 2024.

Offers: in the residence located in Viale Monza 137-139, 20125 Milano, furnished and equipped apartments (surface: 28-43 mq) for renting for 4-52 weeks.
Facilitation:
– 2 free cleanings included every 4 booked weeks or, in lieu of it, 3% discount on each booked week and Smart Cleaning for 35€;
– for reservations lasting more than 40 weeks: 5% discount on the rental fee: Citypop reserves the right to ask for the reimbursement of the discount in case of subsequent reservation shortening which implies that the length of the stay is less than 40 weeks.
Please note: the expected discounts will be refunded to the guest after the payment. In case the guest prefers to renounce to the cleaning for free in lieu of the 3% discount /week and of the Smart Cleaning for 35€, during the reservation will have to pay the whole rent and then, after the payment, the difference will be refunded to him.

Facilitation: @ Milano Olympia residence (or, if closed in summer, in another IN-DOMUS residence), In-Domus gives the possibility to extend the current contract (for 1 semester or 1 AY) till the month of August (previous or subsequent) or to book just the month of August, applying 50% discount for the month of August on the price published on www.in-domus.it.
