In order to offer a better and larger service, Politecnico di Milano has made agreements with the following private residences and companies which offer to students (including the Phd ones), professors and temporary research fellows the possibility to obtain accommodations and housing services at special conditions:

Short term reservations (room only, according to the availabilties, fair periods excluded): single room economy for 65€/night in low season (november, december, january, february, march, july) and for 70€/night in high season (september, october, april, may, june) and single room comfort for75€/night in low season (november, december, january, february, march, july) and for 80€/night in high season (september, october, april, may, june);

Short term reservations (bed & breakfast, according to the availabilties, fair periods excluded): double room single use for 75€/night in low season (november, december, january, february, march, july) and for 80€/night in high season (september, october, april, may, june), double room for 85€/night in low season (november, december, january, february, march, july) and for 90€/night high season (september, october, april, may, june).
Long term reservations: for stays lasting at least 7 months, 500€ of discount on the total amount of the stay in full board (breakfast/lunch/dinner: breakfast from Monday to Saturday and dinner from Sunday to Friday in the agreement period). The dining service is suspended during the Christmast holidays and on Easter, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, November 1st, and December 7th-8th.

– 2 free cleanings included every 4 booked weeks or, in lieu of it, 3% discount on each booked week and Smart Cleaning for 35€;
– for reservations lasting more than 40 weeks: 5% discount on the rental fee: Citypop reserves the right to ask for the reimbursement of the discount in case of subsequent reservation shortening which implies that the length of the stay is less than 40 weeks.
Please note: the expected discounts will be refunded to the guest after the payment.
